A recent research has found out that the OTT VOD service providers such as Netflix, WWE Network and Hulu are the major drivers of higher broadband consumption among US viewers. Parks Associates announces that the adoption of OTT services has increased by 12% since Q2 2014 in the US.

Number of available services and consumer awareness has also grown since the time, having password sharing grown by 8% over the same time. The research has also found out that Hulu has a higher churn rate than Amazon in the market, however, its NPS is much stronger than Amazon’s.
