US VOD network Kabillion has launched on Optimum TV, a platform from Stateside cable company Cablevision. This means the service is now in more than 50 million US homes, the company said, and represents a threefold increase in size since its launch in 2007. Splash Entertainment-owned Kabillion recently partnered with Base79 to build its offer on YouTube.
