Cellcom which is the largest mobile operator in Israel had launched its (Over the Top) OTT TV service in December 2014. Ever since its launch, it has expanded its offerings to mobile as well and there has been a growth in its subscribers from 100,000 in October 2016 to 130,000 in 2017.

150,000 households have subscribed to Cellcom TV.
