The shift to digital is expected to give new dimension to the TV ad industry. According to a recent survey by Videology, there will be a good increase in online TV consumption in the next 3 years. The survey which was participated by American advertisers, media houses and agencies of traditional & online video content producers. It was found that people believing in rise in full length shows online is 73%, rise in smartphone video consumption is 77% and rise in smart TVs with direct internet connection is 79%. Also 71% believe that there will be a shift of advertisements from linear TV to digital channels.
